Hi,
I bought a Fitbit Versa 4 in the UK two weeks ago. Yesterday, when I came home, I took off my watch and placed it on the desk. It had a 70% charge at that time. Later, when I tried to wear my watch again, I realized it was turned off. I didn't do anything to cause this. Now, it won't turn on. I have tried everything, such as long-pressing the button and charging it, but nothing has worked. And I didn't strike or drop it. What can I do now?

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I'm having the same issue and the app won't let me change the watch face when the Fitbit versa 4 is turned off.
And it didn't restart even though I tried many times.

Hi, I tried that you say. But it didn't work. And it's never charge. I talked yesterday Julia who is in your support team. She said to me that mail me. But I didn't receipt any e-mail.

I wrote about my problem with my Versa 4 on a forum four days ago. I also discussed my issue with Julia from the support team through chat. She mentioned that she would email me, but I haven't received any email. Unfortunately, my problem remains unsolved. I have posted about this issue on various seller websites in Turkey, but no one has been able to help. I am frustrated because I want to resolve my problem, but it seems like Fitbit is the worst company with the worst community.
