My versa is fully charged but will not come back on. How can I get it back on?

Hi there, @Mrs.Howard. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 4. 

Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Thank you but my screen still black and if unpaired so I am unsure if anything can be done.
