I put my versa 4 on charger last sat afternoon, left it on until sun. evening. I went to put it on and it had a blank screen. reattached charger, nothing. tried another charger, nothing. Tried different USB adapter, nothing. Outlet works. I tried to push side button to restart, buzzed fitbit logo came up, then went back to black. did this a few times sunday night. Put back on charger. This morning (mon) I tried to push side button to restart and nothing. Can't try the change the clock because it's off and my phone won't "see" it. Fitbit was purchases Oct 2023.
Seems I've tried most of the recommened suggestions in the forum. Is there anything else to try? Are there any replacement options?
