This morning, my Versa 4 was blank when I woke up. I couldn't get it to turn on. I put it on the charger and it reset with the blue logo and started working. I left it on the charger until it reached 100 %. I put it on my wrist and it worked for 20 minutes and then went blank again. I tried the 10 second reset, I put it on the charger as well and tried a restart with no avail. Help. Any suggestions? This is my second Versa 4 and my experience is less than accceptable.

Mine won't turn on either. It would not.take the update 3 days ago and shut off yesterday. Won't turn on even after 12 seconds of holding the button.

Where is Fitbit on this issue? This is my second Versa 4 that crapped out out of warranty. I am ready to move on with another brand.

The battery charged to 100 % and stopped working 20 minutes later. It won't turn on. Is the a hard reset other than the 10 second hold? Does Fitbit provide any compensation for watches just out of warranty? This is the second watch that stopped working shortly after warranty. It is getting to be quite expensive to replace a subpar watch.

I have the same problem. Versa 4 goes dark and unresponsive at random times, now first thing every morning. Unable to sync or open even after restart 10 sec. On charger the display comes back and syncs to show over 80% charge! What next please?

After restart button the screen flashes black and blue screens alternately with the Fitbit logo a few times then black screen with :cross_mark:. On charger it comes on and shows 68% charge as confirmed by sync.

My Versa 4 won't turn on either. The screen is blacked out and shows no activity when connected to the charger. It is still counting my steps on the app though.
What should I do?

when put on charge to wake it up again and display comes back on it often shows the wrong time too.

I talked with Fitbit Customer Service. This is the second Versa 4 I've owned and both of these watches stopped working due to software / interaction issues with the app. Fitbit customer service sent me a 35 % off code if I purchased a replacement off their website. The 35 % off resulted in a price that was $5 less than the Amazon price. This is the compensation for two Versa 4's. I am moving on to a different Smartwatch. Fitbit is a joke.

Mine is doing the same with the flashing box behind the FitBit logo. Mine is only 2 years old. I am jumping ship to a new watch. This is ridiculous.
