I charged my Versa 4. Now there is a setup screen. It won't sync or do the new update. I have tried turning it on and off. I also tried reinstalling the app on my phone among other things. Nothing is working. Does anyone have any advice?

As a first approach, I'd recommend checking if your mobile device meets the requirements to properly operate with your Fitbit device. For more information, see Fitbit Compatible Devices.
If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend following the troubleshooting steps provided here Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Once you manage to sync your Versa 4, please try updating it. If you are still having difficulties to update it, please see How do I update my Fitbit device?

Thank you to everyone who helped me out. I was able to sync and update my Fitbit today. Now it works great!
