Versa 4 does not show that it is charging. If it's on 5% when I start charging u can charge for 3 or 4 hours it still says 5% even in the app but it actually is charged why doesn't it show it on the screen.

Hi @sarahetrml - if you swipe the watch face down to get to Quick Settings it shows the actual battery level.
If this is not showing in the Fitbit App then the watch is not syncing.
In cse of charge problems see How to check charge cable - Sense 2 /Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
To check pull down on the phone display to force syncing and follow the green line on the status bar at the top till it says synced, then it should show the same battery level as the watch.
