Ive just set up and paired my new fitbit versa 4 and it is stuck on time which was an hour ahead. I worked out I needed to set GMT perhaps but then released the time is not changing. Ive tried syncing but cant see how you check on the phone its got Bluetooth and is syncing. Please help. Very disappointed 😞

Hi there, @TaraKelly69. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your new Versa 4 is not showing the correct time. I understand how you must be feeling, I will do my best to help you with this!

As per the description of your post, it looks to me that your Versa 4 has not properly synced. To make sure your Fitbit device has recently synced, go to your Fitbit app and tap the Today tab, and then tap Devices. Keep in mind that your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with.

If by any chance you're facing syncing difficulties, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

If the issue is still not solved, but you can confirm that your Versa 4 is syncing, please try changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
