Versa 4 won't update the time

Versa 4 is stuck on 12:31 and has been for 24 hours. Day/date accurate . Fully charged  battery. I have synch it  nothing changes . I am in UK

Sad to hear that your Versa 4 isn't working as expected. Please try restarting your device to see if that solves your issue. To do so, press Versa 4's side button and keep it pressed around 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on it's display.
