Tried to setup my new versa 4 today but it just sticks when attempting to update the tracker firmware, my phone and the tracker are paired, as soon as i click update the tracker just comes up with trying to connect and doesnt update. I have tried using another phone, uninstalling app, reboot phone, reboot tracker, nothing works??

I would suggest same, as mentioned before, I rang support and after a few attempts at standard things i.e. rebooting, they just told me to return and they will send another. May still happen with replacement, I will let you know. If it does I will chase a refund.

I can confirm after contacting Fitbit support they issued a replacement and this has succesfully updated today.
