Versa 4 wont turn on

Hello,

My versa 4 wont turn on after I left it charged overnight. Whenever I do a long press on the side button, the fitbit logo would appear and will flash for like 5 seconds and then the red x  follows then it would turn to black screen again.

Hope you can help on this issue.

I have the same issue.  I even tried to reset my watch and it didn't help. I'd love to know how we can fix our watches. I miss wearing mine.

I have charger 4 and I can’t get notifications. they just stopped. Ridiculous

Hi @Lala1967 - yours is a different issue to the topic posted here. 

It may even be the wrong forum if you have a charge 4, and if that is your watch.

In any case check if sleep or do not disturb has accidentally got switched on because that will stop notifications being displayed.

I have the versa 4. The screen on my watch won't come on unless it is
charging. Then it just shows the fitbit logo. Idk what to do about it.
