My versa 4 fit bit bpm is not showing on the watch, it currently says "--". I have ensured heart rate is ON in the settings, restarted and resynced the watch and cleaned it etc. The bpm is showing on the mobile app and the green lights are flashing but it won't appear on the watch

Hi @Alison0000 - this can be a clock face issue. Check you granted all permissions in the Gallery tile, Permissions tab for the clock face and sync with the watch, and maybe restart the watch for the change to become effective, or change to another clock face.
