I am late to meetings because the time doesn't update.
It took over a month to receive the product and customer service wouldn't help me because it was over 45 days since I ordered. Haven't had the thing for 45 days

Hi @KelKuk you have a warranty if you purchased from an authorized retailer. 45 days is the time frame in which to return a device purchased directly from Fitbit to get a refund.
The time and date is derived from the device you use to set up and sync. You can't manually set it. Click to read the information
Be sure to sync your device more regularly as it needs to update the time that way. Trouble syncing? check out this article

Hi @KelKuk - in addition if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.
On the watch pull down and click Settings, About Versa 4, System info and look for the Activation date which should be the point of reference.

Thanks for the info. It's been 15 days too long. I purchased directly from fitbit. It will be my LAST purchase of any fitbit product.
I should have returned when it first started glitching but thought I would give it a chance, now it's much worse. I guess I will have to live with a horrible product. It truly SUCKS!!!

It doesn't matter, it's 10 days past the 45. Typical for it to breakdown after warranty. Product sucks!!

@KelKuk - if the product is faulty it can still be replaced under warranty (which may be as much as 2 years )
Once you manage to set the time right with the steps provided it should be ok.
If necessary in the Fitbit App, App settings you can always try setting to another time zone and syncing then setting back to the correct one and syncing again, and leaving automatic time zone on.
However if you turn off Bluetooth so the watch can't sync for a day or 2 and the watch loses significant time it would be wise to replace it as this is not normal for reliable time display.
Under normal circumstances the watch should sync automatically about every 15 minutes but this may not be working if the Fitbit App is not running in background, or is having connection issues or the phone is not nearby.
