After a week of utilisation of the versa4. Early moring after recharge the Versa4 randomly caught on a blank screen and is not changing.
After a lot if trial, Restarting and troubleshooting. Resyncing also doesnt work. I have given hope with all of my fitbit devices. This is concering given the fact that it is supposed to be tacktile and sturdy. Without a single dent it has sufficed such grave inconvenience for me. I am highly dissapointed at the fitbit devices.
I hope people like me wouldnt have to go through such trouble. I would be getting a refund because I assume even after getting it fixed through warranty it will cause the same trouble.
