My versa4 is frequently deleting some of my steps. The watch will correctly log the steps, but then some hours later, several hundred or thousand of them will be deleted. Here is a screenshot from today. The steps that have been deleted were logged during that period that is now shown as a plateau at about 1,000 steps just before noon. It seems the watch (or the app) decides some time later that the steps over that plateau number do not count.
Here is a photo of my watch face just after the deletion occurs. You can see that it says I have taken minus 1413 steps this hour. That is because it has just deleted the 1413 steps that I actually took earlier.
Does anyone else have this problem, or any advice for me? It has been ongoing for some months now and I cannot find any solution.

Has your tracker synced since you took those recent steps?
In the fitbit app, do you have mobile track enabled?

Thanks for replying. Yes, the tracker has synced since the steps that now show as a plateau.
I don't think I have mobile track enabled, as when I go to the app it asks if I want to set it up. In any case, I never leave my versa 4 behind, so it should never activate, should it?

Just to bump this up again. Am I really the only user in the world having this problem? It still happens most days, losing me a thousand or two steps when my morning walks are 'plateaud out' some time after lunch by the app, and then deleted from the watch. What is causing this?
