The Versa4 I purchased in February 2024 has failed (Bluetooth seems to have failed on it). I have repeatedly followed the cleverly constructed maze of cyclic links that make it impossible to make a warranty claim (every route you follow eventually takes you to a page that doesn't mention Fitbit). At this rate, before I can get any support for the failed product it will be out of warranty! There is also no published complaints procedure to complain about that.
I have contacted the CitA Consumer Helpline, and as there seems to be no complaints or ADR process for Fitbit via Google my next option has to be the FOS as I paid by card. This is ridiculous.
