Versa4 logo frozen on screen

My versa 4 is frozen on logo.ive tried reset numerous times screen blanks out on logo reappears frozen again. I've drained battery on watch and recharge hoping it would reset but came back on with logo frozen on screen.have held down side button till screen blanks out but logo reappears frozen again

Sad to hear that your Versa 4 isn't working as expected. As you seem to have gone through all first aid procedures without success, I'd suggest contacting Fitbit support to get further assistance:
