Verse 4 miles stopped working..

I noticed yesterday that my miles are no longer calculating on my verse 4, and they used to.  I’ve restarted it multiple times, shut it down, took blue tooth off.. everything I can think of.  I need to get 10 miles in every day and not knowing my miles is killing me.  Any ideas on how to fix?  Everything else is working..

@Sreseburg This is a known bug. The fix is to set a manual stride length in the app. 

1. From the Today tab, tap Exercise days.
2. Tap the three dots "..." in the upper right hand corner, then tap Activity Settings, scroll down to Stride Length.
3. Adjust your stride length.

If you're on iOS, you might have to scroll down far enough to see the Stride Length option. Android settings might look a little different.
