There is no display on the Fitbit. The button doesn't work. When connected to the charger, the Fitbit logo flashes followed by a Red cross. Then screen goes blank.

This happened to me as well with the new Fitbit Versa 4 that I just purchased- I have to return it and wait for them to confirm it’s defective and then they’ll send me a new one- it’s going to take at least 3 weeks - very disheartening
