Hello,
My Fitbit app is no longer syncing. I have an iPhone 14 Pro, version IOS 18.1.1 (just updated the version), using Fitbit version 4.30.
I followed all the instructions to get it to sync with no luck. The last attempt was to remove the app from my phone and reinstall. After downloading the app and following the instructions, I tried to sign in using my google id and received the error message: “Something went wrong. Please try again.”
So now not only I can’t sync, I know longer have the app on my iPhone. I do not have a Fitbit app installed on any other device. Any/all help is appreciated.

Going through the same thing with my Inspire 3. Did all the steps, reinstalled the Android app but when I try to sign in with my Google account is says “Something went wrong. Please try again.”

I am having the same issue on a galaxy s23 plus. Reinstalled the app now I can't sign in. I get an error msg that something went wrong. Try again later.

I have the same issue. My Versa 4 stopped synching with my phone mid-way through my morning walk. It does not show up on my phone's list of available Bluetooth devices. I have restarted my phone, the Versa 4, uninstalled and re-installed the app. Nothing works.

I’m having the same issue. It seems related to
a new firmware update, which is causing a lot of problems.

Same issue. And now the app isn’t showing correct data for yesterday as well. Tried all the troubleshooting steps, which just meads it worse! Now the clock on my Versa 4 is behind by 10 mins!

Okay it seems Google has resolved the issues as I was finally able to log on the the Fitbit app with my Google sign on. It then asked me to set permissions and now it's up and running again. JFC!

It seems that it’s working again. I was able to sign in using my Google id and can now sync.

Same here. After I un-installed and then re-installed the app, I had to reset all the permissions and the app connected to the Fitbit device.
