Vibrating while exercising

My versa 4 keeps vibrating whenever I'm exercising even though I've turned off zone notifications, it's getting quite annoying now.. I've looked through so many settings and forums but it all links back to zone notifications but I've 100% turned that off. I tried turning it back on and off again but it didn't fix the issue. 

 

Also have another issue where it keeps asking me if I want to end the exercise but I've also turned off auto stop/start but it keeps popping up. Only has happened since switching over to Google but unsure if related as thats technically only a log in

Hi @LilyRose44 - check your exercise options before starting, some have other options such as laps,etc which will cause vibrations.
