I agree with @Rickmag. To better assist you, would you mind giving me more details of the issue with your Versa 4? What do you mean by "voice emails"? If you're having any questions regarding the notifications on your Versa 4, please see How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

If the steps that our team has provided did not work, please feel free to contact them back for further assistance.
