When I try and add my card, that works contactless fine on my phone in Google wallet, it reports an error after entering my cvc and trying to contact my bank.

Hello @SJCbike and welcome to the Community. Google Wallet on Fitbit is different from Google Wallet on your phone. Not all banks participate in Google Wallet on Fitbit. The first step is make sure your bank is supported: Supported payment methods on Fitbit If your bank is supported, then please contact your bank. Based on other user posts, some banks use fraud detection software and users get errors when trying to add a card. It needs a human to override the error.

Hi LZeeW. Thanks for responding. I have been on the phone to my bank already and they couldn't work out why I could use my card on my phone, in Google wallet, but not on my Versa 4. I have sent them the link you provided in the hope they can work out what to do as they were not on that list.
