Watch does not display the time

My fitbit display does not show the time only heartrate, sleeps core and some exercises value

Hi @Gladys25 - this depends in which mode the watch is and which clock face you are using.

In the Fitbit App, Gallery tile, try changing to a clock face to one that does have time, and if you are not stuck in an exercise you can generally do a gentle long press on the display and choose a different clock face.

Some clock faces are customisable so it's a good idea to check the documentation of the one you are currently using.

Hi Guy,

Thank you soo much for your response and explanation. I shall try to follow
your instructions and hopefully get my 'time' back - otherwise the watch
would be pretty useless 👍🙏😅

Thanks, I presume you already tried restarting the watch by holding the watch button for 10 seconds till the display blanks and then let it restart. It could be you are just stick in an exercise and  if so that will fix it.
