Water lock failed on Versa 4

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi. I put my Versa 4 on swim mode yesterday and water lock. Made sure it was on which it was. I went for my swim and once out the water realised the watch wasn’t working at all. I went inside and put it on charge thinking it might be the battery as that was low before. It vibrated but nothing happened. Then I noticed water coming out of the watch. I have now put the watch into some rice. I’m really upset because it was meant to be locked! Water shouldn’t have got into it. The watch still does ant work. Please help.

Hello @LucyEla87 and welcome to the Community.  I'm sorry that your Versa 4 stopped working after swimming.  If 24 hours or more in rice doesn't help, then I think you should contact Support for more help.  There is a lot of misunderstanding about the water lock feature.  It doesn't lock water out of the watch.  It locks the screen so it doesn't get activated by water.
