Weather app on my Versa 4 won't update

The new Versa 4 works great, synchronizes all data. But the weather is not shown. The following text appears on the Versa: Weather: Updating did not work. Open the Fitbit mobile app and synchronize your smartwatch.

I have already broken and re -linked the Bluetooth connection. Then a question mark appears behind the word Versa, which would indicate that the link was not successful, but all data is well synchronized.

Hi there, @LouisKrook. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 4 and taking the time to troubleshoot it before reaching out. 

If the weather is still not updating please check the following settings:

  • Location services must be turned on for the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?
  • The Fitbit app must remain running in the background on your phone.

If you change locations, sync your device to see your new location in the Weather app. If you're running into syncing difficulties, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

By the way, I've moved your post to the Fitbit App Gallery board for organization purposes.
