Weekly Progress Report Average Restful Sleep

Recently my weekly progress report will contain incorrect average restful sleep. For the week of April 6-12, the report says that I had an average of 4 hours & 26 minutes of sleep. If I got into the Fitbit app, average the sleep recorded for those dates, I get an average of 7 hours and 8 minutes. Why the difference? I have a fitbit charge 6.

This looks like a Fitbit weekly report sync/aggregation issue since the raw sleep logs don’t match the summary. I’ve also come across helpful troubleshooting and replacement options through China-based sourcing solutions when dealing with similar device inconsistencies.

That mismatch usually happens when the weekly report uses different sleep segments or excludes some nights that the app still counts. Might be worth checking the sleep score breakdown in Fitbit to confirm. Similar to how tools like vState filings help keep records consistent, data sync issues can throw off summaries like this.
