Do I need 5G, now, in order to download my Wellness Report? 

I've tried; app updates, allowing permissions, calling Fitbit and even checked the community board. No one can explain to me why, since Fitbits Google merge, I cannot open the Wellness Report.  It says it's ready for me, in my notifications, however hitting "download" or "share" only starts a never ending "downloading" circle
