Hi there, @Roopa_Aravind. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Versa 4 isn't showing the WhatsApp caller ID. I will do my best to help you!

To better assist you, may I know if this is happening with all calls in general? If so, I'd like you to please confirm if you have enabled the Fitbit app permissions under Settings of your Android device. If you've done that, please try going to the phone Settings > Apps > Fitbit > Permissions and toggle off "Contacts", then restart your phone and toggle "Contacts" back on.

Also, check that your Fitbit app is up-to-date. For more information, see What's changed in the latest release of the Fitbit app? To download the latest app version, please visit the Google Play Store here.

Hi,
Thankyou for your prompt response.

The issue is multifold, but only with WhatsApp and gmeet:
When a there is an incoming call from WhatsApp,
1. it shows that there is an incoming call from an unknown number.
2. when I disconnect the call from my versa 4 the phone still continues to
ring until I disconnect from the phone.
3. Incase I miss the call, in the notifications it shows the missed call
but with the contact details. So, Im not understanding why only when there
is an incoming call from WhatsApp or gmeet, it doesn't show the contact
information.

However, the above mentioned issues aren't there with a regular call.

And lastly, I did try the settings change aswell. However, the problem
still exists.
Kindly help.
