Hi @310dubed - Spotify is not available on the Sense 2 or Versa 4 as it doesn't support 3rd party apps and Fitbit has dropped all on board music as of end March 2023.
if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.
A Sense or Versa 3 does still have in built Music controls which enables controlling any music playing on the phone (without needing the Spotify app and subscription to premium)
There are other brands which have full music support and more features and if you want good battery life a Garmin Venu 2 Plus may be more suitable.
