When will the recent broken update be addressed?

Regarding the recent update topic pinned to the versa 4 board:

 

There are dozens of people posting of various issues after this recent update. I am a LONG time fitbit user but my versa 4 is now basically broken after this update. It's been unusable for 2 weeks now.

 

We have heard nothing back from the fitbit team or even acknowledgement of the broken update.

It’s so frustrating.  Losing all my years of exercise is inexcusable.
