I just got the new Versa 4 only to find out you can't install any apps which is extremely disappointing. This is a huge step down from the Versa 2. Seriously considering a refund.

I was so excited I ripped open the package this morning and now I'm so regretful! I want to return it for a "lesser" model to get this functionality back. So messed up.

I agree. I was extremely disappointed to find out I basically can't use it for anything besides tracking my steps and heart rate. I thought I was getting a decent smart watch. I mean, it looks nice and fits well but that's it. I can't even change the watch face on it. My old low end smart watch I got for $40 had more features than my versa 4. I really I hope I can exchange it.

Hi All - thanks for posting, if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy and some stores 14 to 30 days.

@Gruntt- the Versa 2 is still a good fully functional watch and cheaper than the Versa 4.

The only problems I have with the Versa 2 are that you can't take calls and there's no GPS.
