New Versa 4 Fitbit not syncing with my fitbit app.

Hi there, @HankCF. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 4. 

I was wondering the same as @TalahthasMay I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.

On a side note, please know if you're an Android user, you can't use MobileTrack in addition to a Fitbit device. For more information about MobileTrack, see How do I use Fitbit MobileTrack?

If you have MobileTrack linked to your Fitbit account you'll need to remove it in order to set up your Versa 4. For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device? and if needed, see Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Sad to hear that you're having sync issues with your new Versa 4. To be able to assist you, information about what phone and operating system you're using with the Fitbit app would be nice.
