Hi @Strider56 - the watch requires a reliable HR measurement which can be a problem if you have something like a tattoo. Even so try wearing on the other arm as a test.

It does also require a decent continuous sleep to be able to record and analyse and under normal circumstances is one of its better features if conditions are right.
