¿Do you reckon that there will be any new ‹Fitbit›‐branded HR trackers released in the future (such as a Sense 3 or Versa 5)? ⳻Or instead, by the parent corp shall compatible iterations only of non‑‹Fitbit› ‘Google’ makes﴾ of wearable devices with biometrics‐recording functionality﴿ get added to the Fitbit platform?
Id est: ¿Will there be an upcoming version of a Fitbit wearable ⟨⟮⧼Charge⸴Sense⸴Versa⸴Inspire⸴Ionic⧽≕𝔏⟯᠈𝛯⟩(7⸴3⸴5⸴4⸴2᠈𝟣) ⦅where 𝛯⦂ □∈{⦇Fitbit⦈∖𝔏} ∧ ◇∉⦃‹Google›⦄⦆? Will all (possibly vacuously, if enumerating zilch) future ‹Fitbit› devices get increasingly branded as also ‹Google› ones ⦋as suggested by the Charge 5 and https://www.androidauthority.com/google-fitbit-rebranding-3426494/ though perhaps less‑so in the other direction.. unless a customer of Pixel Watch (any yet-produced model﹘ ⦗№ 1⟏2⦘᠂ ⦗with⩒〃out ‘LTE’⦘) can confirm any adumbration to Fitbit from the smartwatch itself𑅃⦌?

Hi @Victamon - a good question but the real issue is will there be a need for a Fitbit/Google watch in such a competitive market.
Google has removed so many features from the original Fitbit design there is not a lot left. Cutting back on staff resources has been another issue.
For instance, they removed Fitbit Studio, the Windows app, all on board music, and later watches have no music support, no Google Assistant, no apps, no official development capability for users to easily create their own faces.
Also as Google has stopped selling in a lot of countries and come June 2024 they will essentially remove the online Gallery of clocks (and Apps for watches that have that capability) from Europe.
There doesn't seem to be a market big enough to sustain the brand when the competition has way more to offer.
In addition Apple is being targeted by the American government for it's Apple only iWatch, next may be Google for it's Android only Pixel watch, so that may get discontinued as it doesn't have the battery life to compete.
Only time will tell what materialises.

The Charge 6 and Inspire 3 are the TOP selling fitness trackers on Amazon, selling 10k units per month since its release. It outsells Garmin and other brands. I think there is a strong market for Fitbit. The Smart Watch market is hot, but keep in mind most folks who invest in Smart Watches like the iWatch are mostly using it for messaging etc and not the health/fitness capabilities. The Fitness Health market is exploding right now and Fitbit and Google integrating AI (which was already announced) is a sure sign Google sees a big opportunity for Market Share. Will Google exclude iOS users and focus primarily on Android, I hope not as that what be a missed opportunity considering the size of the iOS market right now.
