Workouts don't register in the Fitbit app

Hi all,

Since a few weeks my workouts don't register in the app like they should. On the main screen you can see the workout, but as soon as I want to see more info the screen doesn't load. (Seen pictures) what can I do?

Thanks for providing the details and the screenshots about the inconvenience.

Please, try the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Update and open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  4. Check if the workout is available now.
