Hi All, I'm having a hard time trying to get my message notification to go through my versa 4. I am receiving all other notifications including calls but for all forms of messages (WhatsApp, SMS or FB messages) I'm not receiving the notification from my iPhone.
I've tried every single setting I can find and have checked all the below:
- Fitbit settings -> push notifications
- under today -> device -> notifications -> text messages are ticked, app notifications too are ticked
- phone settings -> notifications too are ticked for the app I need
- WhatsApp settings -> notifications too are ticked
- phone Bluetooth -> versa 4 information -> share system notification are ticked
- phone settings -> NOT on do not disturb/focus
- restart, re-set, re-sync both phones and versa 4 hoping just need to reconnect it - still no hope
- have checked both software are up to date both the watch and phone
I've read everything I can find from its online guidelines, and community forum and even tried to search videos. Nothing seems to be working. Just the message notifications. If anyone has the same issue with iPhone could share your tips pls. Appreciate your help!
