Please revert to the previous sleep tracker- this new ‘update’ is rubbish and enough to stop people using Fitbit
I’ve spent hours trying to find out why my NEW versa 4 stopped displaying properly (or at all!) wasted time as all due to latest updates. I might just send it back as writhing my guarantee period.
I was having the same issue. I ranted online, complained to my spouse, friends, family and coworkers! I was so upset. We need more companies to step up a be good corporate citizens. Caring about people and their customers. Not the bottom line and filling shareholders pockets.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
It is very upsetting, I agree. Its the nain reason for having this brand. Ive owned several fitbits over the years and its gone downhill since the buyout from google. Ill be done with the brand. Any fitness tracker can do most of what the V 4 does. Some actually do a better job!
Not a good move, Google!
I too would ask why no communucation with users! I could see if there was a consensus to make the change. But there was none. Now we know the consensus is that we dont like it and will be looking for a new brand. Please pist what you find that is a good replacement.
Best AnswerIt was working and no all my data stayed but immediately the next day it would go back to the ridiculous display. The downgrade! I kept uninstalling and reinstalling but now it is no longer available. Makes me upset!! I will not be switching to a Google owned smart watch that is for sure. As a good Corporate Citizen they should listen to their customers. The ones making their shareholders rich!
Best AnswerIt’s absolutely awful. You can not see how long you were in each stage of sleep. It also has stopped recognising long walks . Total waste of money and definitely moving over to another fitness watch. This is now like a budget version. Eight people in our staff room yesterday all saying the same. Bye bye Fitbit as I think you have done yourself out of the UK market now unless you get your act together and listen to your followers .

Did uninstalling and reinstalling fix the problem? And did you lose your
data?
Your data is saved in the Fitbit "cloud", so you won't lose anything except app settings.
Reinstalling the app won't Fix the horrendous sleep charts though as that's not a bug, but the new design Google has chosen.
There is a way for Android users to revert back to the old interface, but it goes against the moderator's personal opinion, so I can't say what it is without angering her.

Think they’ve started listening to our dissatisfaction!
Where are you picking up on that?
