Hi there, @ÚnaS. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that the battery of your Versa 4 is draining quickly. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this.

As with other electronic devices, the battery will depend on the features and how often they're used, such as the GPS, Spotify app or the Always-On display. While this doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, please take into into consideration the conditions that impact your watch's battery.

Before considering other options, please try the tips and recommendations to maximize your watch's battery life described here.

Hi , thank you for your suggestions , I myself am not technical , but from
day one when I purchased it I got my youngest colleague’s at work to set it
up , these are gurus at this , like second nature , and they couldn’t ,, …
I had it charging today for instance , at least 3 plus hours ,, and it
reached 18% ,,,, I do have the receipt of when I bought it , maybe I got a
faulty one . I appreciate your help

Hi @ÚnaS - try restarting the watch holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.

Then check the battery level by pulling down the watch face to get to Quick Settings and see what it shows.

Often the actual level may not be updating correctly.

If the watch takes longer than 3 hours to charge fully there is a fault.

See instructions in How to check charge cable - Sense 2/Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen which can give you some clues as to what to do. Remember, changing clock face may also help.
