stress management score on versa 4

i just got my fitbit versa 4 last week. on the watch , when i click on today.. when i get to the stress management score it tells me i need to grant permissions in mobile app... i tried everything i cant figure it out.. the live chat  was useless. lets just say i know my stress management score is not good right now LOL. someone please help me.

Have you got this figured out? Because I'm having the same problem. It's a great out square that I can't click on. I've uninstalled reinstalled rebooted cleared cache all the things. 

Tech support told me to update my app, it's as updated as it can possibly be.   I also allowed every permission that could possibly be allow
