For the past few weeks, my fitbit stops syncing and I have to reboot my phone to get it to reconnect.
Today after rebooting, it resynced but now it is showing my only my sleep duration but not my sleep timeline. On the fitbit itself, the sleep duration and score is showing in one of the side swipes but the score is not showing on the watch face.
To try to resolve this I did the following steps from another post with no effect:
- I switched from a fitbit signin to a google signin
- Log out from the app.
- Clear Cache and Cookies for the Fitbit app in your phone's settings.
- Restart your phone.
- Log back in to check if you're able to see your data properly.
