Hi
I recently received a fitbit Versa.
I installed the app, synced and then installed the firmware update.
Ever since I haven't been able to sync again and each attempt results in requests to reset my bluetooth.
I have followed your steps in this post but now I can't pair my device let alone sync it.
My phone is a Samsung Galaxy s9.
Any help would be great.
Thanks
Nicole

@Nicolejb Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry to hear that your Versa isn't syncing with your phone. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, since you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
I also move your post to its own thread as it wasn't really related to the previous subject.
Let me know how it goes!

I have been having difficulty with my samsung s9 syncing too, it becomes a problem when I am not getting text or email notifications. It usually talks in an hour or so, but I don't find this acceptable. I shouldn't have to keep rebooting my phone and watch.
I have 2 friends who were having so many problems with their s9 and versa not syncing that they just gave up and bought a Samsung smart watch.
