set the clock without internet access

I understand that I can set the clock by changing the timezone in the app, and then doing a sync.

I need internet access to sync the phone app to the versa.

 

Say I am out of the country, is there a way to change the clock if I don't have internet access?

 

I'm guessing the answer is no, but I thought I should ask.

You are correct,  the answer is no. It sets only with a Sync.

You could try this watchface

It lets you override the displayed timezone without using the phone/app/internet.
