Customize Stats (Top Stat, Middle Stat, Bottom Stat) resets after each exercise. I changed all my run, hike, elliptical, etc customized stats to only have them reset again and again. It looks like it may be an issue with the OS (I see a forum for the Iconic with the same issue). Anyone with the Versa having this problem too?

@HawkeyeCoffee I bought the Versa for my mom and customized all of her exercise stats....her exercise stats returned to the way the tracker originally came. I ordered a Versa for my daughter as well. Her Versa will arrive tomorrow and will see if the same happens.

Same problem being reported by Ionic users since upgrading to OS2 and I have reported via other channels.

Yep, having this issue too. Seems to reset every time the Versa syncs with the phone...

My daughter’s Versa is also not saving the Customized Stats in Exercise. She really wants it to stay the way she sets it up and only change if she goes in to change it...very inconvenient to reset that stats before the exercise every time.

I am having the same issue and hope it can be resolved. There is another thread about this.

Mine does it too. If it keeps up and Fitbit doesn't fix it soon I'm taking it back as this is a dealbreaker for me.

Same here. I want to set the bottom to time of day, I'm not interested in how long I've been cycling, I'm interested in whether I'm running early or late to my destination.
Every time, it's reset from how I set it. To put everything how I want it each ride is eleven extra clicks, a couple of swipes, and three button presses.
While you're fixing it, please also make it so that the middle display automatically skips the items that are on the top and bottom displays. Why would I need the same number on the screen twice?

I called Fitbit support about this and they said it's an issue they're aware of and working on. Unfortunately, it's pretty clearly a firmware issue, which means that, even if it's fixed quickly, it's going to have to wait at least until the May update to add "women's health" and android quick replies for a fix. It's really annoying. I didn't have the problem with my Ionic, but I have a small wrist and the Versa is so much more comfortable and not-weird looking for me.

All of that seems like they would be no-brainers. Fitbit is dropping the ball on this opportunity to win new customers.

I have the same issue, can't believe that a key feature of an exercise product doesn't work. Should have bought an iwatch.

Yes, I went back to my old 1st gen Apple Watch. I'm looking forward to the new one in September.

I have the same problem with my Ionic. And, Versa does the same thing, as well. So, don't expect a remedy soon.

This is so disappointing to hear that the Ionic users had and still have the same problem with customizing stats. Why in the world would you put out another new tracker that uses the same OS as the latest tracker with known problems and not fix them first? Unacceptable. I returned my Versa today. Went back to my Charge 2
