I bought my fitbit versa in August 2018 in India.
I am in Bahrain now.From today morning my fitbit's display has been flickering and showing red and green lines and then dying.
I had charged it yesterday and noticed this today.It is syncing with the phone.
I tried to restart it and reset it multiple times.The fitbit logo doesnt appear.Sometimes a partial screen display is coming which then develops the green and red lines and then goes off.
I am going on vacation for 2 weeks from today and feeling disappointed and distraught.
How do I proceed? I have mailed customer support.

Best AnswerIf you have already tried multiple restarts and Factory resets there is nothing else you can do. Support is really your only option. I hope they reply soon.
