Hello All,
I have recently bought a FitBit Versa, this is my first wearable fitness tracker. I was very excited to buy FitBit after reading a lot of reviews and comparing with other products.
But it is a total surprise and disappointment to know that FitBit is not compatible with OnePlus devices. I am a great OnePlus fan. I have two one plus device OnePlus 2 and OnePlus 6T. It does not sync with both the devices, forget about syncing, i couldn't set-it up first of all. I had a borrow my friend's Ipad to set the FitBit up. Very frustrating.
After reading a lot of post, i realized that many customer has same issues. It is shame on FitBit side that they haven't done anything about this. I see a constant bot' type reply for issues raised for related topics. We dont want such vague answers, Please let us know when can we expect this problem to be resolved or at least let us know should we expect a resolution or not, so that we can be prepared and move on from this bummer.
Thank you,
VicnashFit

Most Android phones use standard Android with a manufacturer's skin on it. The skin can cause some issues on their own. One Plus uses an o/s that is derived from Android (Oxygen). That makes it much more difficult to certify phones with the Fitbit trackers. I'm not saying it will never hit the supported list, but unless One Plus starts outselling the big names like Samsung, LG, Motorola, etc I would think this is further down the list. It's also possible that an app update might work even though it is not on the compatible list. Keep checking for app updates.

@VicnashFit Congrats on OP6T! Indeed it's a sweet device. 😊 Versa generally works with OP phones. I am cautious and say generally as it may misbehave from time to time. But, it does sync and notifies. I myself have OP3T. There are users on this forum with OP6. I encourage you to take a closer look at the forum. 😊
