Resetting Fitbit Versa to 0

Is there any way to reset calories and steps to zero ?.

because if not , this device will be worthless

Hi @LuluN,

 

Yes, the calories and steps reset automatically at midnight each night, so there's nothing you have to do but enjoy.

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!

Welcome! It's great to see you around @LuluN As @WavyDavey explained your Versa should automatically reset back to zero each midnight. Didn't this happened with your device? I have heard this happening to Charge 2 usually when there is a timezone change but not with the Versa. Still you can try restarting it to help it reset back to zero the following midnight:

 

1.- Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2.- Let go of the buttons.
3.- If your Fitbit watch doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.
