Versa randomly vibrating

My versa will vibrate at random times. The past 2 nights around 9pm, it will vibrate every 5 minutes for about a half hour! No alarms set, no incoming emails/alerts. Can't find a reason for it.  I even turned off vibrations and it still went off. Now today it is vibrating randomly and I check it and nothing is showing up as to why it's vibrating!

Try reatarting your tracker several times and see if that fixes it. If it doesnt do a factory restart (in the settings app on the Versa) Let us know how you go

Restart your tracker

Mine's doing the same thing, and I was just about to start a new post about it. My experience is that it vibrates once when it loses Bluetooth connectivity (because your phone went out of range), and then will continue to vibrate every 5 minutes until Bluetooth connectivity is restored.

I *think* this is by design  because when my phone is next to me, my Versa stops the constant vibration. I believe this has to do with the "always stay connected" option, however I don't like it. I guess I'll try to turn on manual sync as a test to see what happens.

Anyone have any more info about this?

I am having the same issue. Kept me up all night. Should have just turned it off. I had just changed the watch face and turned off the heart rate monitor. Alerts were off, notifications off, etc. Will try the reboot thing and disable the constant sync. Hope it works. Otherwise it's pretty much useless to me 👎

Quick update: This may be related to the watch face I was using. It was "Essential Watch". There is a setting that says "vibrate whenever connection is lost". Although it wasn't checked, I suspect this was the problem. I changed watch faces and so far I've had no issues (knock on wood)!!!!

I am having the same issue. I'm using the "nothing special" watchface and the buzzing happens even with my phone in hand. My Versa will buzz about once an hour, just once. It is sporadic and there is never a notification indicating why it buzzed.

Same watch face and same issue. I could not find a setting that might point to an explanation.

I enjoy the watch face, but these rogue vibrations are definitely getting annoying.
