If your Versa has stopped receiving notifications, then I suggest restarting the Versa by holding in the left and lower right buttons.
Is notifications turned on on the Versa itself, this is found in the quick settings.
However I think it is more likely a problem of the phone is not sending notifications and I suggest making sure that the Fitbit app is updated and restarting the phone..
Make sure that the phone is not in it's DND mode, and the notification volume is not turned off. If notifications do not show on the phones AOD screen, they will not be sent to the Versa.
Please check the setup instructions, there are settings on the Versa, the Fitbit app, and the Phone.

Hi I had the same problem and it was because I had my device lock set up. I disabled it & it has been fine

I have a Samsung Galaxy 8+ edge. I have had the Versa for a week and it is constantly needing me to unpair all my bluetooth devices (3 things) and repair versa for any kind of notification and to even sync. I am interested to know what they tell you. I am about to return this and go back to my Alta HR. Very frustrating.

But this is only lasts a day at best. I bought this Watch mainly for the looks and notifications. I've had it a months and factory reset it 3 times. Last night after a reset, got everything working again, notifications working fine. This morning, nothing. Done all the fixes, it lasts periodically, can I return it

@SunsetRunner there should be no reason to do a factory reset of the Versa.
Did you check the help links posted above. They give instructions for each of the phones.
As for returning you would need to ask the place of purchase.

Umm yes.. Ive had ghost floors and syncying issues on my Versa since I bought it 2 months ago...
Fitbit support has told me to do a factory reset every once in a while (without getting it to work). They even sent me a replacement and still having the same problem. Too bad I can't get my money back.

You'd think there's be no reason to do it, but unfortunately its the only thing that gets it to briefly work.
