We are experiencing an event where no Body is returned as a result of a call to this.

We have confirmed that the request header and parameters are set correctly.

This has been occurring intermittently since 2024/9/19 - 2024/9/21.

What could be the cause?

Just so I understand your problem, you're saying that you are calling the /oauth2/token endpoint and not receiving a response?   When you call this endpoint, what grant type value are you passing?  Are you getting an error message?

Yes. The status code is 200 but the response is empty.

The grant_type is set to “refresh_token”.

No error message has been returned.

I'm following up on some old posts and wanted to find out if you are still having problems with refreshing your tokens?
