I’m using a personal application connected to my own Fitbit account, and for about a month I was able to access HRV intraday data through /hrv/date/{date}/all.json without any issues. However, this endpoint recently started returning a 403 PERMISSION_DENIED error, even though I continue granting all the required permissions during the consent flow. Other intraday data (such as heart rate, steps, or calories) still works correctly, only HRV access is failing.
Could you please help me understand why this is happening and how I can restore access to HRV data?

Hi @LucasCoelho
Our engineering team is addressing the issue, we do not have a public timeline for the fix at this time.
For workaround, we can manually enable access for your application. To request this, please submit a ticket via our official developer issue tracker: <bad link>
Once you have submitted the request, we will review and get the necessary access enabled for you.
Thank you for your understanding.

Hi Doris, I'm still seeing 400 error when trying to login. Which credentials should I use? I'm using the gmail used to create this account I'm using here in this forum. Do I need to sign up anywhere?
